ORIGINAL CHILDHOOD DRAWING
A rare and unique items for Monroe fans. This is a pencil drawing of a
lady wearing a bra, a girdle and high heels. This was drawn by Marilyn in
her teen years when one day she and Bebe Goddard sat down and drew
clothing items they would have liked to have. Marilyn cut out the
figure. The ladies face has been scribbled in by Marilyn as she didn't
like the way it came out. There were over 8 pages of drawings in the
collection. The rest were sold at Christie's several years ago.
In excellent condition with a minor fold in the center.
Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

- CHRISTIE'S Item #: MarMon102 By looking at the condition of this beautiful compact it must have been one of Marilyn's favorites. The compact measures almost 2 1/2 inches by 3 inches. The case is made of a gold toned metal with the top part covered with Mother of Pearl. The compact has a mirror inside and with a covered compartment with some face powder still inside. The compact is in good condition with some wear to the bottom and sides. This compact was donated to the Hollygrove Children's Home by Marilyn's Estate and auctioned off at Christie's last year. This special Marilyn item comes with a copy of the Christie's receipt and a certificate of authenticity. SOLD |

MIRROR Item #: MarMon104 This is truly a rare item for any Marilyn fan to have. Now you can look into the same mirror that Marilyn used while applying her make-up. This is a portable make-up mirror made of a hard plastic material. The piece measure's 10 by 13 inches. The piece has a two sided mirror with one side of the mirror giving you a magnified view. The mirror can be moved up and down and sideways for better viewing. The mirror has a single light bulb inside which can be turned on to light the whole plastic piece for close up lighting. In working order. This make-up mirror was donated to the Hollygrove Children's Home by Marilyn's Estate and auctioned off at Christie's last year. This unique item still has the Christie's tag and bar code attached to it. This special Marilyn item comes with a copy of the Christie's receipt and a certificate of authenticity. SOLD |
